Exchange Policy:

  1. All  products purchased from Myahirs.com except for ones on SALE are applicable for one time exchange only.
  2. Customers can exchange their  products within 7 days of the order delivery.
  3. All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  4. To schedule an exchange please drop us an email at customercare@myahirs.comalong with your order and exchange details.
  • If Size defect please mention that in your email
  • If any defects or manufacturing defects; please take a video or photos for verification.
  • If neither of the above two; please mention the cause of return/exchange in details.
  1. Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.
  2. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes. For pin codes not serviced by this service, the customer has to courier the unused products at their own cost at 47A Bediadanga 2nd Lane, Kolkata-700039
  3. While exchanging the  products which are purchased, In case the  products requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded as cash in ***Myahirs Wallet.

 

Refund Policy:

  1. You can ask for a refund against any of your  products within 7 days of its date of delivery.
  2. To raise a refund request, please drop us an email at customercare@myahirs.com along with your order and return details.
  3. All refunds will be credited in your ***Myahirs Wallet within 48hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.
  4. Please note shipping charges applied for original delivery of the product will not be refunded.
  5. Fresh shipping charges will be applicable in case of return and exchange of products and fresh products as per customer’s requirements shall not be shipped unless the customer pays for shipping charges for the exchanged products.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  1. To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care at customercare@myahirs.com  to cancel the order and refund your payment. The refund amount will be refunded to your ***Myahirs Wallet within 48hrs after cancellation for prepaid orders.
  2. If the order is shipped already, unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can politely refuse to accept the shipment and let us know about it. If you have accepted the shipment, no worries, you can return the product and exchange it for something else.
  3. Please note if the order is cancelled after shipping then shipping charges applied would not be refunded.

***Myahirs Wallet: The amount will be given in the form of cash in Myahirs Wallet in case of promotions and refunds. You may use this cash while placing any future orders with Myahirs.com
